feel tight starch it out!

Stretch Out

Ever feel stiff at the end of the day? Do you find yourself begging your partner for a foot rub? Wanting to schedule a massage but don't have the time? Wouldn't you want to feel relaxed and flexible? Follow some of my healthy stretch tips that you can do anywhere, anytime. 

1) Bend forward as far as you can go without straining your lower back
2) reach up high and take a deep breath and 
3) lean on your side and pause for 20 seconds
